Big League Bat & Barrel · Est. 2026
Elite baseball development for all ages — built from a garage,
destined to be a landmark.
Our Story
Big League Bat & Barrel started with one belief: every player deserves elite coaching, no matter their age, background, or skill level. We didn't wait for a fancy facility — we started where we were, with everything we had.
From our garage training setup, we're building a baseball brand that will grow into a full training facility and eventually a destination where players, families, and fans gather to train, compete, eat, and celebrate America's game.
Private & small-group lessons for all ages. Personal coaching. Real results.
Cages, mounds, film rooms, and strength & conditioning space.
A restaurant & entertainment venue where the community gathers around the game.
What We Offer
Who We Train
What Players Say
My son's swing completely changed after just four sessions. He's more confident at the plate and actually looks forward to practice now.
The level of detail in the feedback and drills is something I haven't seen from a private instructor before. Next level coaching.
I went from riding the bench to the starting lineup in one season. Best investment my family ever made in my baseball career.

Mike Sharp has been playing baseball since he could swing a bat — which, by his account, was around age five. He grew up competing in Aberdeen, Washington, earned a varsity spot at Aberdeen High School, and took his game to Grays Harbor College, where he played two years before signing a professional contract with the GH Rain of the Pacific International League.
Between his sophomore and junior seasons, Mike suffered a brain aneurysm — the kind of setback that ends careers and redirects lives. For most, it would have been the end of the story. For Mike, it was the beginning of a different one. He came back — not to play, but to coach — and hasn't left the game since.
He's coached at every level: assistant at Grays Harbor College (2002), freshman ball at Timberline High School (2005), varsity and Legion programs from 2011 to 2013, and youth development continuously since 2017. In 2026, he built Big League Bat & Barrel — a training facility designed to give every athlete, regardless of age or level, access to real coaching and a real standard.
"The mental side of this game is everything. Slow it down, trust your training, and let your ability take over — Breathe. Relax. Execute."
